Welcome to e-Voting. Please follow these steps to cast your vote using a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone:
- Open a web browser such as Google Chrome or Bing on your device.
- In your web browser, type 'www.ipheindia.com' into the address bar located at the top of the page. This will open the official website of IPHE.
- An OTP/password is required to cast your e-vote. Please contact the provided helpline phone number, WhatsApp number, or email to generate the OTP/password, which should be kept confidential and not shared with anyone.
- Click on the 'CAST YOUR e-VOTE' tab under the 'Election 2023-2024' section. This will open a form.
- Take a moment to review the form and understand the different fields, such as the option to cast a single vote or multiple votes. Voting is straightforward, simply place a checkmark in the small circles next to the names of the candidates running for each position.
- If you'd like to see a demo of the process, don't worry. Cast your vote by tick marking on the DEMO option in the form. This submission will not be counted.
- When you're ready to cast your actual vote, click on the 'ACTUAL' option and proceed.
- If you encounter any error in the process or realize you made a mistake after clicking the 'SUBMIT' button, click the EDIT LINK, make the necessary corrections and click SUBMIT button.
