ELECTION NOTICE FOR IPHE KOLKATA CENTRE 2019-2021
- Including nomination for office bearers of Executive Committee
In terms of the Constitution of Institution of Public Health Engineers, India for Regional Centres Section-8 “Rules for formation and management of Regional Centres” which was approved by the Council of the Institution of Public Health Engineers, India, the Office bearer of Executive Committee for the year 2019-2020 & 2020-2021 will be formed through election. The Vacancies to be filled up are mentioned below:

Last date of submission of nomination : 08.06.2019 upto 6.00 p.m.
Last date of withdrawal of nomination : 11.06.2019 upto 6.00 p.m.
Date of Scrutiny of Nomination : 12.06.2019 upto 6.00 p.m.
Issue of Ballot Paper by Post : 13.06.2019 to 15.06.2019
Last date of receiving marked Ballot Paper at the IPHE K.C. : 05.07.2019 upto 6.00 p.m.
Counting of Ballot Papers and declaration of results of election at A.G.M. : 06.07.2019
The candidates for nomination should be Corporate Member (FIPHE, MIPHE OR AMIPHE) of IPHE and their subscription should be cleared upto the Current year. Each nominee should be supported by four valid Corporate Member of IPHE.
Sri Sujit Kr. Bhattacharya (LF-307) has been selected as the Election Officer for the Election of the office bearer of IPHE Kolkata Centre (2019-2021) in the Executive Committee Meeting of Kolkata Centre held on 10.05.2019.
All nominations and Ballot Papers should reach as per schedule to Sri Sujit Kr. Bhattacharya, Election Officer at the above address. The nomination should be submitted with the written consent of the nominees to accept office, if elected. As directed by the Election Officer this notice is being served and also pasted on the Notice Board of IPHE.

*In case of any dispute the decision of the Election Officer will be final.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, 2019
The 21st Annual General Meeting for the year 2019 of Institution of Public Health Engineers, India , Kolkata Regional Centre will be held on 6th July, 2019 (Saturday) at IPHE Bhavan (Ground floor), Salt Lake City, Kolkata – 700 091 at 6:30 p.m. to transact the business as per Agenda given below.

1. Confirmation of the minutes of the 20th Annual General Meeting held on 23.06.2018
2. Presentation of Annual Report by the Secretary followed by discussion and approval by the General Body.
3. Presentation of Audited Accounts by the Treasurer followed by discussion and approval by the General Body.
4. Appointment of Auditor for the year 2019-2020 and to fix up his remuneration.
5. To discuss such other business as may be brought forward by any member of IPHE by giving 7 days notice after receipt of the AGM notice.
