• Institution of Public Health Engineers, India observed Hiroshima Day, 2021


    Hiroshima Day, 2021 was observed by the Institution of Public Health Engineers, India on 06thAugust, 2021. A plantation programme was arranged by the Institution to commemorate the day in the Institution premises.


    The event was held for about an hour in the afternoon hours on the day; by planting a few flowering trees within the premises of the IPHE headquarters in Salt Lake, Kolkata. The event was attended by the office staff and many office bearers, council members and fellow members of the Institution; namely Shri B. K. Sengupta, Secretary General, ShriPrabir Bose, Treasurer, Shri S. K. Mukherjee, Editor, Shri S. N. Saha, Secretary, ShriBarun Kumar Basakand Shri K. A. Roy, Council Members, ShriSanat Kumar Roy, Smt. BhaswatiBasak, ShriSwapanGhoshand Smt. ShandhyaAditya.
