Subject: Appeal for Voluntary Financial Assistance for completion of face lifting / refurbishment and additional construction works of the Institution building.
Dear Madam / Sir,
You are aware that the headquarters building of the Institution, constructed in phases since the year 1991, comprise Ground Floor auditorium, 1st Floor office rooms & 2nd Floor lecture theatre, library and meeting room etc. and provisioning of all these facilities have been made possible with the wholehearted support and financial assistance from our organisation and corporate members, well-wishers and other donors. Apart, work for installation of a lift is in progress in full swing at present.
However, the building being an old one, requires immediate face lifting including refurbishment of the interiors, provisioning of guest accommodations in 2nd floor and in part of the 3rd floor reconstruction of the accommodation of caretaker etc., and for all such works an amount of Rs. 50.00 (fifty) Lakhs (approx.) may be required.
We, therefore, appeal to all the Corporate Members for extending financial assistance for the aforesaid renovation and construction work of the headquarters building and request you to donate generously, so as to enable us to start and complete the whole project early.
Any kind of donations to The Institution is exempted from Income Tax U/S 80G(5)(vi) of IT Act 1961. The donation may be made by Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft payable in favour of "The Institution of Public Health Engineers, India, or by electronic transfer:
