The Annual General Meeting (2023-2024) of IPHE will be held at IPHE Hqs. Bldg, CK-58, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700091 on Sunday, the 17th November, 2024 at 11:00 AM to transact the following Agenda. You are cordially invited to attend the Meeting (both physically or virtually).

1) Confirmation of the Minutes of the last AGM held on 26th November, 2023.
2) Presentation of the Annual Report for the year 2023-2024 by Secretary General followed by discussion and adoption.
3) Presentation of Financial Report for the financial year 2023-2024 by Treasurer, proposal for appointment of Auditor for the financial year 2024-2025 and fixing up of their Remuneration.
4) Discussion on Financial Report including appointment of Auditor, their remuneration and adoption.
5) Election to IPHE Council for the term 2025-2026
6) Open House Discussions
7) Address by President, Dr. Dinesh Chand.
