The meeting will be convened to transact the business of the Annual General Meeting as outlined below. Members are requested to attend and actively participate.
Agenda
Confirmation of the minutes of the 27th Annual General Meeting held on 28 June 2025.
Presentation of the Annual Report by the Secretary followed by discussion and approval by the General Body.
Presentation of Audited Accounts by the Treasurer followed by discussion and approval by the General Body.
Appointment of Auditor for the year 2026–2027 and fixation of remuneration.
Discussion of any other business brought forward by members with prior notice of seven days after receipt of AGM notice.
Address by the President, IPHE India.
